Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your ValorScents purchase. Please review this policy for fragrances and grooming products.

Return Eligibility
For hygiene and safety, fragrances and grooming items can be returned only if unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging with all inserts and any gifts included. Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items marked final sale or personalized items are not eligible unless faulty.

How to Request a Return
Email info@haloluxes.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos showing the unopened seal and packaging. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Condition and Inspection
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Opened, used, or damaged items, including leakage or missing components, may be refused or subject to a deduction.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price excluding original shipping fees and duties. Processing by your bank or card provider may take several business days after the refund is approved.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer another item, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@haloluxes.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a trackable and insured service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Shipping charges for refused or undeliverable packages are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us, we will refund the product price minus any carrier return fees where applicable.
